Change of Mind

PRECIOSA CASA COLLECTIONS LLP (Aladdinschest.com) allows customers to exchange or request a refund for their jewellery due to a change of mind within 14 days of their initial purchase. Please note that our Change of Mind Policy excludes earrings of any style due to Health and Hygiene Laws, regardless of whether they have been worn or not.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received your order. The purchase must also be in its original packaging and returned to Aladdinschest.com within 14 days of the original purchase date.

PRECIOSA CASA COLLECTIONS LLP (Aladdinschest.com) offers a three-month warranty for all faulty jewellery from the date of purchase. Faulty jewellery includes:

Broken Chains/Clasp/Stones
Manufacturer errors that inhibit the proper use of the jewellery.Discoloration (excluding fading from use in water). Any transaction outside the three-month warranty period cannot be returned or exchanged due to faults.

To be eligible for a warranty exchange/return, you must provide proof of purchase and the item you are exchanging/returning. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for lost items.

All metals will naturally oxidize over time, a process beyond our control. The rate of oxidation can vary depending on how the jewellery is cared for. You can refer to our jewellery care advice to learn how to prolong the life of your jewellery for many more cherished memories.

How to Make a Return

If you wish to request a return, please send an email to [email protected], stating your reason for the change of mind and including your online order number.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Please note that unless the item is deemed faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between receiving a refund to your original payment method or an online credit equal to the product purchase value.

Once your return is received and inspected by PRECIOSA CASA COLLECTIONS LLP Aladdinschest.com, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item(s).
